The role: Senior Media Strategy and Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Media Strategy and Operations Manager to join the Go-To-Market Team (GTM), based in our Malta office.

Why we need you:

Reporting to our Go-To-Market and Live Events Director, you will be supporting the GTM team in aligning marketing strategy and processes across the team and with stakeholders across the company. The GTM Team is responsible for all PokerStars Media and Market Strategy. The team builds and owns the go-to-market plans for all three verticals and develops plans which assist with the companys growth strategy.

The Go-To-Market plan and process is never static, and you will assist in ensuring the GTM team tracks changes on a weekly basis, achieves each milestone, tracks data across all key markets, identifies any new risks and opportunities and that these are communicated and aligned with other teams across the company.

Key responsibilities:

As part of the role, you will be assisting the Go to Market Director with: •Ensuring the coordination of all marketing activities, strategies and budgets for the team •Find opportunities to offer improved GTM plans while ensuring customer satisfaction •Project lead all aspects of marketing planning for the team, conducting meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure team and wider company objectives and deadlines are met •Overseeing the GTM budget, timelines, projects, presentations, research and any other tasks which assist with the development of GTM plans •Running the coordination of global agencies, external consultants and freelancers and various internal departments •Creating presentations and reports which analyse competitors, company and customers. •Tracking KPIs for the team •Assisting in the development of the GTM plans, ensuring they are aligned with the group strategy •Monitoring the market and industry trends and developments and updating the team on these •Supporting the cross-functional projects including relations with legal, operations, marketing, product, finance, and BI-analytics.

Who are we looking for:

An individual with full business professional language skills in English. You will proactively collaborate in the marketing and business strategies, as well as providing impactful feedback to GTM Director on reports, projects and budgets. •Previous marketing and media and planning experiences are required. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to foster good working relationships. •You will need to be proficient in preparing reports, summaries and competitor analysis. •You should be well organised able to multi-task and prioritise various projects with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with stakeholders. •Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, pro-active and an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment •Very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills •Knowledge of or an interest in online poker, casino or sportsbook is needed.
