Operations Manager, International Gaming in Dublin, Ireland, Ireland
Role Overview/Purpose:
Reporting to the Snr Commercial Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for smooth day-to-day running of the online international gaming platforms (Casino, Poker, Bingo, Exchange Games, across 8 markets), including monitoring of player activity, risk management, managing technical issues and outages, support commercial analysis and solving customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all the operational aspects of the International Gaming products, ensuring they run smoothly and are operational 24/7. Managing technical issues and bugs with the IT and development teams and communicating the progress of these items to key stakeholders.
•Responsible for advising on the best way to implement the promotional proposition to maximise the capability of the gaming platforms and achieve the desired commercial objectives.
•Ensuring that risk is minimised by managing staking limits, bonus template/contexts, and ensuring promotions are configured correctly. Promote automation and continuous improvements.
•Understand the different markets regulations and the roadmap for delivery of new products; support the rollout of new gaming product / features, leading in first person on user acceptance testing; train the team on upcoming changes to make sure they know how to run new products/ features.
•Be the internal expert on international gaming front-end and back-end platforms, acting as an internal centre of expertise for the rest of the team.
•Support new games launches.
•Acting as an escalation point for all CS queries.
•Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Education & Experience: •A strong knowledge of Casino games, betting and the nitty-gritty details of operating a casino. •Highly skilled in MS suite including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint, knowledge of SQL is desirable. •Fluency in English essential, knowledge of a further foreign language (Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Portuguese) is highly desirable •Demonstrable knowledge and interest in the real money gambling landscape •3rd level degree education level
