Overview

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a fast paced and expanding team based on a client’s site in the social media industry. You can expect to be responsible for a large team of up to 250 people across multiple regions and functions. The business currently supports multiple languages and markets with a very diverse and multicultural work force. You will be working closely with the senior management team to develop strategy and drive the business forward.

Details:

Shift: 6pm - 2am (flexibility may be required for the role as it may require working flexible shift patterns).

Salary: €55,000 per Annum.

  • 10% quarterly bonus based on KPI’s and targets achieved.
  • 25% Uplift from 8pm onwards.

Location: Dublin 3.

Job Description:

The OOH Operations Delivery Manager (OOH - ODM) is accountable for the successful delivery of one or more business as per the Statement of Work on behalf of CPL Integrated Services. The OOH - ODM must work with partners and all areas of the business to drive performance, productivity, quality, and cost objectives for the site.

The OOH - ODM must budget, plan, identify and minimize business risk. The OOH - ODM must ensure P&L accountability for their business. He/ she responsibility for implementing changes to enhance the delivery.

He / she is also responsible to perform other special duties or assignments as requested or required by the CPL IS Leadership Team. The OOH - ODM will always be working within and promoting the Company Values – Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, Effective Communication and Empowerment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall performance and governance of the Statements of Work in conjunction with Senior Management.
  • Manage the operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in the SOW.
  • Prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues including implementation of preventative measures.
  • Transition management during set up phase or expansion phases.
  • Ensure continuity of service to operations team
  • Develop and deliver on reporting and communications mechanisms to ensure overall operations can deliver performance and deliver updates to the client and clients vendor management team
  • Establish the Service Provider infrastructure necessary to perform the Services, including all technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities and communication resources.
  • Install all service delivery processes and service level reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide exceptional people management, mentorship and career development to members of your team, including managers and reps, achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagement
  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement, productivity targets, and quality gains and proactively plan for growth or upcoming changes.
  • Become an OOH expert and be an escalation point of contact for specific teams, markets and regions
  • Ensure continuity of service and communication across 24 shift model
  • Develop capacity management plan for teams and delivery
  • Ensure succession planning in place for core roles within the organization
  • Ensure Learning & Development plans are in plan for all operations team members
  • Work with support functions to ensure overall delivery of business needs
  • Manage budget and ensure overall successful financial management
  • Flag, escalate and proactively manage business risks/incidents timely to the Client and Senior Management
  • The OOH - ODM will be required to be flexible in their working and adaptable to a range of activities in any given day.
  • The business operates 24 / 7, shift work is required

Financial Management

  • Proven track record of managing within budgets
  • Ability to identify areas for reduction in costs
  • Past experience in improving profitability
  • Capable of understanding financial reports and producing same
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Financial Management
  • Confidence in working with Finance Manager.

Project Management

  • Past experience of working as part of a project team
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Candidate Experience:

  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in technology industry
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members
  • Empathy and passion to create an exceptional experience and provide outstanding support
  • Excited to be part of a global operations teams, design effective business operations, tackle complex problems, and develop individual team members
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent desirable
