We are looking for a Team Leader to join our growing campaign; responsible for leading a strong and dynamic team, to ensure the team delivers and exceeds performance and quality targets

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Nordic team, leading from the front
• Influence results
• Motivate and inspire performance, creating a great team spirit
• Conduct monthly one to one meetings with the agents
• Increasing quality scores
• Weekly review meetings and live coaching to develop team and individual performance
• Creative input on incentive ideas and initiatives to create a great place to work and to reward great performance
• Celebrate and share team successes
• Manage resources within the team: attendance, absence and lateness
• Coach, mentor and develop team to deliver operational and financial targets
• Assess and review team quality standards
• Implement and maintain effective working practices to comply with security regulations
• Recruitment and on-boarding of new recruits
• Reports analysis
• Communication with the In market and representing CPM in a professional manner
• Achieving internal SLAs
• Taking escalated contacts

Knowledge and Experience:

• Excellent people management and leadership skill
• Working in fast paced multi-cultural environment
• Office computer skills, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• High-level Finnish and Danish (Combination of Finnish and Swedish will also be considered)

Attitude and Behaviour:

• Highly motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed campaign targets
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
